Agility aims to offer investment opportunities and maximise profits for our investors. We also aim to preserve steady growth of the invested assets over a medium-to-long term period of time and to earn stable profits by optimising capital structure and asset enhancement strategy.

We have incorporated a master fund under the Variable Capital Company (VCC) structure. The AAA Multi-Strategy Real Estate VCC (“AAA VCC”) is a real estate VCC fund registered and managed in Singapore. Partnering with Argate Group, led by Executive Director, Aaron Goh, the AAA VCC seeks to invest in a diversified portfolio of real estate assets across various asset classes and geographies through multiple segregated sub-funds with different investment strategies. Aaron Goh is also the appointed Chief Investment Officer for AAA VCC.

Located in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City, our 3 hotels with 200 keys are situated opposite the famous Ben Thanh Market and close to the CBD. District 1 is known to be the central and most vibrant district in Ho Chi Minh City, bustling with commercial activities and cultural attractions.

The hotels are experiencing high volumes of bookings and footfall due to their strategic location and high quality of hospitality.

The hotels have been in operation since 2016.

Multiple Hotels, Japan

Agility Japan is the asset manager of several hotels in Japan, mainly in Tokyo and Osaka. These hotels are strategically located close to amenities and are suitable for business travelers and tourists.

In Tokyo, Agility Japan manages a 128-room capsule hotel in Akihabara which started its operation in 2017. The 10-storey capsule is in close proximity to popular landmarks such as Kanda Shrine, Tokyo Imperial Palace and Ueno Park. Agility Japan also manages a 85-Key hotel in Shinsaibashi which is accessible to vibrant Dotonbori area and attractions such as Osaka Castle and Tsutenkaku Tower.

Serviced Apartment in Tokyo, Japan

Agility Japan has managed many serviced apartments in Japan. One of the examples is a 31-storey building in Minato, Tokyo with a GFA of close to 22,000 sqm.

Initially a residential building, it was later converted into a serviced apartment with 202 keys. The building is conveniently located 6 mins walk from the Shinagawa Station, one of the major transportation hubs in Tokyo.

Boutique Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand

A brownfield development project owned by one of AAA VCC’s sub-funds, The Ember Hotel is a 48-key design-driven boutique lifestyle hotel located in the cultural heart of Bangkok Old Town. The hotel offers close proximity to renowned attractions such as the iconic Khao San Road, the bustling Chao Phraya riverside, the historic Grand Palace and the Wat Pho & Wat Arun temples.

The Ember’s design was inspired by local heritage and the rich history of the neighbourhood, and the rooms have been artfully designed with utmost comfort in mind, with the intention of creating a cozy, tranquil haven for guests.

The Ember Hotel has been in operation since December 2022.

Residential Development Projects, Vietnam

A greenfield residential project is currently ongoing in District 8 in Ho Chi Minh City. District 8 is located in the western part of the city and is known for its mix of residential, commercial, and industrial areas. The district is relatively dense and has a diverse population.

Agility has identified a high demand for another project to develop over 700 units of low-rise housing across 5.7 ha of land in Long An Province. Long An province is located in the Mekong Delta region and is part of the Southern Key Economic Region of Vietnam. The province is bordered by Ho Chi Minh City to the east, Cambodia to the west and is one of the top Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) destination in Vietnam.

Data Center in Osaka, Japan

The technology, finance and healthcare industries continue to drive strong demand in data center activity in Japan. The demand for Greater Osaka market is forecasted to grow at a CAGR of 14 percent from 2023 to 2027 (estimated) to reach over 400MW of total IT absorption.

Agility Japan is the asset manager for the acquisition of a 15 ha land in Ibaraki Province, Osaka. The land was acquired for the development of a data center with expected completion in 2028.

Private Credit, Indonesia

Provide financing solution and liquidity for ESG-driven initiatives through the provision of private credit. Agility’s private credit initiative is backed by first legal mortgage over land. One of the projects include issuing secured loans to affordable and social housing developers in Indonesia.
